Weber Spirit E-320 Gas Grill

Living up to the Weber reputation, the Weber Spirit E-320 is build to last. Largely made of porcelain coated steel, the grill has some additional features crafted from stainless steel.
Although this is one of the cheaper models that Weber produces, it does exactly what it says it going to do and that’s grill perfectly.

With a complete space of 536 square inches for cooking, the E-320 is nicely sized for the average family BBQ. The grill has 3 stainless steel burners, each operating to 12,000 BTU, and these are housed underneath two porcelain coated, steel cooking grates. The additional burner makes this grill a step up from the Weber Spirit E-310 and it’s one which is more than noticeable. In addition, it also has a very handy side burner that is ideal for separate cooking. The grill produces a very even heat and takes about ten minutes to warm up to the perfect heat for searing.
As expected with a Weber, the model also has the patented porcelain enameled flavorizer bars and the grease management is excellent, with the risk of flare ups being vastly reduced.

The Weber Spirit E-320 has stainless steel side tables for food preparation and storage, however, it has been noted that the material is not the highest quality around – something unusual for the makers.
Another drawback to the side tables is that they are rather limited on space. On one side of the model, the table houses the control valves and whilst this does keep them out the reach of young children, it does limit workspace. Likewise, the opposite side table houses the side burner. The Brinkmann Pro Series 2500, which has a similar cooking space to this model offers far more preparation room than the E-320 and is well worth considering if the additional room is a must have.

The Weber Spirit E-320 comes with an included hood which is mounted with a temperature to help ensure the food is grilled to the users liking. Unfortunately the hood, like the side tables isn’t a durable as the rest of the grill, only being single layered. However, this does not distract from the fact that this is one of the best grills on the market and with the reassurance of Weber’s 24/7 support and warranty, you know that you’re getting quality.
